All ticket sales and participants must be aged 19 or older.
- Tickets: The price of each ticket is $10. Tickets are not eligible to be purchased by the Trustees of St. Faith’s Anglican Church, or its officers. Tickets will be on sale from 23 May 2026 to 6 June 2026, online and in person at St. Faith’s Anglican Church (7284 Cypress St).
- This event is a single-raffle draw. To participate, a ticket must be purchased in advance of the draw. The winning ticket will be randomly drawn in-person at the Boulevard Sale on 6 June 2026 at St. Faith’s Anglican Church (7284 Cypress St.) at 12:30pm.
- Prize: A single mountain bike, bike lock, and tire pump, valued at $500. The winner may claim their prize at the draw or by picking it up from St. Faith’s Anglican Church (7284 Cypress St) within 60 days of winning. If the winning ticket holder is not present at the draw, they will be contacted by phone and email using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
- Disputes & Complaints: Any disputes or complaints may be directed to the Trustees of St. Faith’s Anglican Church for resolution.
- Unclaimed Prize:
o The prize will be held for up to 60 days for the winning ticket holder to claim it at St. Faith’s Anglican Church (7284 Cypress St); and
o If the prize is left unclaimed after 60 days, the prize will be used at a future licenced draw within the next 12 months. If a licenced draw is not able to be held within 12 months, the unclaimed prize will be donated to a charitable organization in BC, with a valid CRA registration, that is not St. Faith’s Anglican Church. - Any issues not covered in the house rules will be determined at the discretion of the Trustees of St. Faith’s Anglican Church.
- Odds of Winning: 150 tickets are available for sale. The odds of winning will not be less then 1:150
- In the event of a conflict between these house rules and the Licensed Charitable Gaming Events Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will take precedence and must be followed.
