Rental Rates

We are happy to be able to offer our space at affordable rental rates to individuals and organizations in our community. The prices listed are for single events, if you are interested in renting our space in an ongoing, recurring manner, we offer a 25% discount. All rentals are for a minimum four-hour block of time. If you need more than four hours, then the additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.

All renters are required to provide a $200 key and damage deposit on a separate cheque, which will be given back upon return of the key after the event.

Sanctuary

Sanctuary	$60/hour (4 hour minimum)
Audiovisual Equipment	$100/event ($50 equipment fee & $50 honorarium for the operator)

Lower Hall

Hall	$30/hour (4 hour minimum)
Kitchen	$10/hour (4 hour minimum)
Projector and Screen	$50/event

Lounge

$17/hour (4 hour minimum)

$50/event for Projector & Screen
